Green Bay Elite offers a variety of tumbling classes for all ages and levels. Safety and technique are our top priorities; therefore our athletes learn the fundamentals of tumbling through drills and training from our expert coaches,

Tumbling Class Options Offered at Green Bay Elite

Tumble 100

Strengthening shapes to prepare for tumbling skills. Learning jumping and punching (with legs/toes) variations, learning open and closed shoulder positions, single leg balance, proper squat position, sitting positions – tuck/pike/straddle, re-level Forward and backward rolls, lunge, needle kick with flat hands on the floor, lever (forward and backward), table top, bridge, elbow bridge with single leg lift, knee bridge, standing reverse walk down wall to bridge and walk back to standing position, cartwheel (side to side).

Tiny Tumblers

Ages 3-5

Strengthening shapes to prepare for tumbling skills. Cheer Class

Cheer class is a monthly class teaching the basics of all-star cheerleading. Combine this with a tumbling class to get a bigger experience with no competition commitment!
